For items purchased on josephtassoni.com, you must e-mail us at info@josephtassoni.com within 14 calendar days of the date when you received the package, to notify us of your intention and reason for the issue with your product. Online sales are final, should there be an issue with sizing or other another issue we will handle on a case by case basis.

Pre-orders
Please read every josephtassoni.com product page carefully to ensure you understand the estimated delivery times for pre-ordered items as some merchandise may be available for purchase before it is available in stock. This means that you may still order these items, which we will ship to you once we receive the merchandise. As a result, the above stated shipping delivery times will not be valid. Please refer to the product information for the estimated delivery time. We will notify you via e-mail if the delivery time changes.
